Statement by the President of the Supervisory Board:
"STA director Bojan Veselinovič has notified me, the president of the Supervisory Board, and the remaining members of the Supervisory Board of his resignation effective today and the termination of his Employment and Management Contract. I will convene an emergency session of the Supervisory Board to examine the current circumstances since it is necessary to find a solution for the governance and continuation of the STA as a going concern."
